Louise Burnham Packard, Executive Director - Louise joined Trinity Church as Associate for Stewardship in 2001 to direct the church's $53 million capital campaign. At the completion of that campaign in 2004, Louise became the first executive director of the Trinity Boston Foundation. She has extensive experience as a development professional, having held senior positions at both Harvard Business School and Stanford Business School and also at the Central Park Conservancy in New York. Louise received her BA from Yale University and an MA in English Literature from Middlebury College.
Sarah Evans, MSW, LISCW, Director of Programs and Operations – Sarah joined Trinity Boston Foundation in May 2010. She has over 20 years of clinical and administrative experience working with children, adolescents and their families in both the public and private sector. Sarah holds a BA from St. Lawrence University in Sociology and African Studies and her MSW from Salem State College School of Social Work. She is certified in Mediation and Family Therapy and has served as an Instructor in therapeutic wilderness organizations, such as Outward Bound. Sarah has also taught as adjunct faculty in Salem State’s MSW Program for the past few years.
Amanda Davis, Development Associate - Amanda joined Trinity Boston Foundation in August of 2009. She is a 2009 graduate of Northeastern University with a BA in Communication Studies. As a sophomore, she started The Lester Project in coordination with The Jimmy Fund to raise funds and awareness for cancer research. After raising more than $60,000 for The Jimmy Fund, she went on to intern in the High School Outreach department at the Massachusetts Educational Financing Authority.

Paul Bowen, TEEP Director - Paul has been the Director of the Trinity Education for Excellence Program (TEEP) since September 2004. Prior to this appointment, Paul directed TEEP while also serving as Youth Minister for Trinity Church from 2001 - 2004. Paul has also served in various leadership positions at three camps in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts. He has a BS in sociology from Eastern Nazarene College.
Jessica Leffler, MA, LMHC, Art Therapist and Youth Guru - Jessica has been an Art Teacher and Youth Mentor with TEEP since 2001. She has also served as TEEP's After School Program Coordinator since September 2007. In addition, Jessica has worked with TBCC since 2003 to run Art Therapy groups with court-involved youth. Jessica holds a BA from Vanderbilt University and an MA in Mental Health Counseling, with an Art Therapy specialization, from Lesley University.
Christopher Parris, TEEP Academic Dean – Chris joined the TEEP community as music teacher in 2009 after five years as a band and orchestra director in the Boston Public Schools. His mandate has been to author and implement TEEP’s Road Map to College for high school students in the Leadership Development Program. Chris also functions as artist-in-residence and academic advisor to Street Potential. Chris attained a BM in Music Education from Berklee College of Music and continues to be an active educator and conductor throughout Massachusetts.

Arville Stephen, LICSW, Clinical Director - Arville has served as the Clinical Director of TBCC since its opening in 2002. She has also been Clinical Director of three out-patient mental health clinics in Massachusetts and has counseled clients for over 30 years. Arville is a graduate of the University of Michigan School of Social Work and was a post-graduate fellow with the National Institute of Mental Health in Addiction Rehabilitation. She taught "Alcoholism and the Family" as adjunct professor at the University of Massachusetts Boston.
Elizabeth Case, PhD, LICSW, Clinical Supervisor - Betty is a Licensed Psychologist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been practicing psychotherapy for over thirty years. Trained in group, marital, and family therapy, she has a strong interest, both as a therapist and social activist, in working with people who have experienced loss, trauma, and injustice. Betty has been with the TBCC since its opening in 2002 and currently serves as both a consultant and volunteer.
Nate Harris, MA, LICSW, Senior Clinician - Nate has more than ten years experience working with at-risk youth. In 2003, he started TBCC's partnership with the MA Department of Youth Services (DYS), a relationship that today involves individual counseling and group programs that give youth opportunities to be empowered and resilient. Nate developed and leads the Street Potential arts program at DYS. In addition, he coordinates the Boys and Girls Empowerment Groups at TEEP. Nate holds a dual Master's degree in Social Work and Practical Theology from Boston College and completed a Post Grad Fellowship at the Danielsen Institute in 2005.

Colleen Sharka, MA, Assistant Director - Colleen has been with TBCC since 2003. In addition to seeing individual clients, she co-facilitates both the Internship Program and the Self-Care & Resilience Training program. She is particularly interested in deepening the understanding and practice of the integration of spirituality and therapy. Colleen has an MA in Counseling Psychology from Framingham State College and is a Certified Spiritual Director. She previously worked in Accounting and Business Consulting for non-profits and as Pastoral Administrator at The Paulist Center Community of Boston.
