Louise Burnham Packard, Executive Director - Louise joined Trinity Church as Associate for Stewardship in 2001 to direct the church's $53 million capital campaign. At the completion of that campaign in 2004, Louise became the first executive director of the Trinity Boston Foundation. She has extensive experience as a development professional, having held senior positions at both Harvard Business School and Stanford Business School and also at the Central Park Conservancy in New York. Louise received her BA from Yale University and an MA in English Literature from Middlebury College.
Reena Mathew, Director of Finance and Operations - Reena joined Trinity Boston Foundation in May 2011. She is experienced in building systems for growing organizations, and her background in the nonprofit sector includes work with The Posse Foundation, the Greater Boston Vineyard Christian Fellowship, and ACCESS. Reena received her BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA, with a focus in nonprofit management, from Boston University.
Jennifer Grandfield, Development Manager - Jenn joined Trinity Boston Foundation in July 2011 after receiving her M.B.A, with a focus in nonprofit management, from Boston University. She has extensive project management experience and has most recently worked for Boston University’s School of Management and Harvard Medical School and is a long time volunteer for the Samaritans of Boston. Jenn received her B.A. from New York University.

Jessica Leffler, MA, LMHC, Director of Sole Train. Jess has worked with the Foundation since 2001. Inspired by her deep belief that running long distance races can build strong community, transform lives and inspire youth to realize their true potential, Jess helped found Sole Train in 2009. Jess can often be found trying to convince unassuming folks to come run! Jess received a BA from Vanderbilt University and an MA in Mental Health Counseling, with an Art Therapy specialization, from Lesley University.
TEEP Staff
Paul Bowen, Founding Director of TEEP - Paul has been the Director of the Trinity Education for Excellence Program (TEEP) since the program’s inception in 2000. Paul also served as youth minister for Trinity Church Boston from 2000 - 2004. In 2004, he became the full-time director of TEEP. Prior to TEEP’s founding, he served in various leadership positions at three camps in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Massachusetts. He received a B.S. in Sociology from Eastern Nazarene College.
Juan David Lozano, Assistant Director of TEEP - Juan David was a member of TEEP’s inaugural class of 7th grade students in the summer of 2000 and has been with the program since that summer. After completing TEEP’s middle school and high school programs, he attended UMass Dartmouth and remained on TEEP’s summer staff. In June 2010, Juan David graduated with a degree in Sociology. Shortly thereafter, he became the Assistant Director of TEEP.
Christopher Parris, TEEP Academic Dean – Chris joined the TEEP community as music teacher in 2009 after five years as a band and orchestra director in the Boston Public Schools. His mandate has been to author and implement TEEP’s Road Map to College for high school students in the Leadership Development Program. Chris also functions as artist-in-residence and academic advisor to Street Potential. Chris attained a BM in Music Education from Berklee College of Music and continues to be an active educator and conductor throughout Massachusetts.
Samuel Mohnkern, TEEP Americorps Intern - Samuel attended Eastern Nazarene College and graduated with a BA in Psychology. At ENC, he was involved in many different campus ministries and activities including “Open Hand, Open Hearts,” an outreach ministry to homeless in Boston and “Build-A-Bridge,” an afterschool program that served the low income neighborhood of Germantown in Quincy, MA. He has also traveled along the east coast serving as a camp counselor at various youth camps. He served his first Americorps year at Greater Boston Compassionate Center as the after school and summer program director. For his second service year, he has joined the TEEP staff assisting Chris Parris with the Road Map to College.

TBCC Staff
Nate Harris, MA, LICSW, is the Director of the Trinity Boston Counseling Center. He has more than fifteen years experience working with at-risk youth. In 2003, he started TBCC's partnership with the MA Department of Youth Services (DYS), a relationship that today involves providing community-based clinical services to youth at the center of violence the city of Boston. Nate has been instrumental in building a model of clinical presence to support youth clinically as well as being a clinical educator and support to care giving staff engaged with at-risk youth. He has developed a particular interest in providing clinical services for youth workers exposed to vicarious trauma. He regularly facilitates Self Care and Resiliency trainings and groups to support frontline youth workers. Nate has a deep passion for providing spiritually informed counseling for clients interested in engaging in a holistic approach to counseling to address the mind body and spirit. As a clinical supervisor, he trains young clinicians to become both spiritually informed and trauma informed in order to effectively engage youth and families in the city of Boston. In the past Nate has developed and led a therapeutic arts program (Street Potential) focused in hip hop music and art for DYS youth. Nate holds a dual Master's degree in Social Work and Practical Theology from Boston College and completed a Post Graduate Fellowship at the Danielsen Institute in 2005.
Elizabeth Case, PhD, LICSW, Clinical Supervisor - Betty is a Licensed Psychologist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been practicing psychotherapy for over thirty years. Trained in group, marital, and family therapy, she has a strong interest, both as a therapist and social activist, in working with people who have experienced loss, trauma, and injustice. Betty has been with the TBCC since its opening in 2002 and currently serves as both a consultant and volunteer.

Tiffany Ames, MA, CAGS, LMHC, Clinical Coordinator for the Boston Juvenile Re-Entry Initiative and Clinician at Trinity Boston Counseling Center. She joined the foundation in the Fall of 2011 and has experience working with children, adolescents and adults. Tiffany has an extensive history and a strong passion working with survivors of trauma specifically domestic violence and sexual assault. She has been working with at-risk youth for the past five years and is currently providing community-based clinical services to youth and their families involved with Department of Youth Services (DYS). Tiffany received her BA from Roger Williams University and her MA in Professional Counseling with a specialization in Trauma Studies from Lesley University.
Elise Hoblitzelle, MA, M.ED- a license-eligible Mental Health Counselor, seeing adult clients at Trinity Boston Counseling Center and students at Fenway High School. She is also volunteering at Cambridge Legal Services and Counseling Center, working with adults. Elise was drawn to TBCC for several reasons: the spiritual integration and the option of sliding scale fees for clients and the positive work environment with colleagues. Elise’s primary interest is connecting with her clients through a humanistic approach. The relationship is an integral step towards healing. Having trained at Lesley University, specializing in holistic studies, she works with all aspects of her clients lives. Additionally, Elise is trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, using these practices to support clients’ stress management. Elise uses other modalities such as narrative therapy and body oriented approaches to guide her work with clients.
Michaiah Healy, MA in Counseling, Administrative Manager and Clinician at Trinity Boston Counseling Center. Though a native of California, Michaiah loves the East Coast for its diversity of climate, people, and cuisine! Michaiah joined the foundation in the Fall of 2011. She loves organization and helping others strive towards the potential that is placed in them whether that is in her role as an administrator, therapist, wife, friend, or big sister. Michaiah received her BS from Tufts University and a MA in Mental Health Counseling from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary. Michaiah has extensive experience working with youth and adolescents through the various challenges of adolescent life, at her church, in schools, homes, or in outpatient settings. She has extensive experience accompanying clients through depression and anxiety, relationship conflicts, grief, trauma and loss, aging, and peer culture. Michaiah has been a leader in her church conflict resolution ministry called Peaceworks and is an avid soccer coach during the summer months.
