Trinity Church is located in Copley Square in Boston's Back Bay. Copley Square is bounded by Dartmouth Street to the west, Boylston Street to the north, St. James Avenue to the south, and Clarendon Street to the east.

By T: On the orange line, get off at Back Bay station and walk two blocks north. On the green line, get off at the Copley Square station and walk one block east. The Route 39 bus also stops at Copley Square.

From Route 93: Take Frontage Road exit (exit 20) on the left toward South Station. Bear right onto New Frontage Road North for 0.4 miles. Then, turn left on to Berkeley Street, left on to St. James Street, and the church is one block ahead on your right.

From Massachusetts Turnpike (Route 90): Exit at Copley Square. Turn left onto Dartmouth Street. Church is on right.

From Storrow Drive: Exit at Clarendon Street. Follow Clarendon three blocks.
