Our Music For All series brings you an afternoon of stirring music with large-scale choral anthems by Parry, Bairstow, Britten, Harris and Walton. Program highlights include Benjamin Britten's "Rejoice in the Lamb," and William Walton's "The Twelve." With the Trinity Choirs, Soloists and Organ.
Seating levels at $35, $20 and $5. Tickets are available for advance purchase online and at the door on the day of the performance.
This will be Michael Kleinschmidt’s final public concert as Director of Music and Organist at Trinity Church. A reception following the concert for all ticket holders and musicians will offer an opportunity to greet Michael, thank him for his service at Trinity and wish him well in his new position at Trinity Episcopal Cathedral in Portland, Oregon. Michael’s last Sunday at Trinity will be June 6th. Tickets are available in The Shop at Trinity and at the door on the day of the concert.

The Chiara String Quartet will offer Haydn's Seven Last Words of Christ on the Cross at Trinity Church on Good Friday, April 2, at 5:30 pm.
Called "a superb quartet" by NY Times music critic Allan Kozinn, the Chiara is one of America's leading young quartets. Haydn's Seven Last Words is a series of wordless meditations on Christ's Passion, originally composed for a Good Friday meditation in Grotto Santa Cueva near Cadiz in southern Spain. The work lasts approximately 75 minutes and will be presented without intermission, the seven movements interspersed with readings from the story of Christ's passion.
A free-will offering will be received and given to Episcopal Relief and Development for the benefit of earthquake victims in Haiti and Chile.
This event is sponsored by the Trinity Boston Foundation.
1:00 pm-5:00 pmJoin Trinity Boston Foundation and Citizens for Juvenile Justice for an afternoon detailing the needs of youth as they transition from confinement back into the community. The keynote speaker will be David Muhammad, Chief of Committed Services for the D.C. Department of Youth Rehabilitation Services. The event will focus on education and mental health issues and the need for more program and community placements.

Trinity was proud to be a partner of the inaugural
Boston Book Festival. Trinity events included Boston Out Loud, a kickoff celebration, as well as writing workshops and four author panels/lectures to capacity crowds.
On September 26th the 22 members of Team Trinity rode a collective 1,000 MILES in the Rodman Ride for Kids!
In celebration of Team Trinity's 15th year, the team supported TEEP and its 10th year anniversary. We set a goal of raising $25,000 for the program - currently we're 80% of the way there. To join the many others who have sponsored our Team, click here.
On September 15th, 2009, 100 of Boston's history epicures gathered to take part in an auction featuring items from Trinity's history. In addition to the auction, guests enjoyed an opening of Trinity photographs by
Mary Kocol, hors d'oeuvres by Gaslight Brasserie, and a wine tasting by The Spirited Gourmet. The auction was an incredible success - all of our items found new homes and we raised $11,000 for Trinity Church's capital needs.
More than 450 people gathered and together, raised more than $200,000 in support of violence prevention and safe communities for youth. Partner organizations included Trinity Boston Foundation, Boston Ten Point Coalition, and Urban Improv. To learn about the ongoing movement, visit

Trinity Boston Preservation Trust launched the fall season with old and new friends in the Commons at Trinity. More than 18 wines were presented, courtesy of
The Spirited Gourmet. Guests enjoyed an evening of wine, cheese, music, and tours of the Church at night.
On Tuesday, May 20, 2008, Trinity Boston Foundation hosted more than 40 education, arts, and civic leaders to discuss the launch of a "musical Peace Corps" called
MusicianCorps. This national service program would place musicians in underserved schools and communities to develop more successful youth. Pending local funding, Boston will pilot the program beginning in September 2009.
